Business lease In March 2003 we started with the leasing of new digital photocopy machines. We have named this activity "business lease". We are proud to be one of the first companies on the market to include in our standard offer brand new photocopy machines.

What is a business lease? We offer this option as an alternative to buying a new machine. Such option can help the buyer to avoid direct investements. Due to the fast technological development the companies tend to avoid buying new machines which become out-dated in a period of three years. The main advantage of business lease is the a new copy machine where initial "investment" is not included, however, when the business lease contract expires, the customer can still buy the item (as in other cases of leasing). If the customer does not want to buy the photocopier, it can be replaced with a new machine if a new leasing contract is signed.

How are the instalments charged? The rent/instalment contains the fixed and the variable part of the price. The fixed part represents the monthly instalmet which must be payed regardless of the use of the machine. The variable part is determined with the price of the list (copies, received telefaxes or computer prints (kaj je ta izpis ne štekam, a je to število kopij narejenih, no potem to nadomesti z number of copies), multiplied with the number of the prints made in the previous month. A3 prints can be charged as a double value of the A4 number of prints.
